Thank you for shopping with Volleyball-Clothing! All of our products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Production Time
Every item is printed and produced after your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Delays
Shipping times may be affected by high order volumes, holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shopvolleyballclothing@gmail.com within 1 week after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
